Our Mare Clononeen Liffey with her foal Thistledown Sheridan.

Clononeen Liffey is a beautiful bay pinto mare imported in 2005 from Clononeen Farm then in Ireland . . . now in England. Liffey was to be Jim’s horse. She was born in 2000 and is a wonderful broodmare . . . having milk enough for 3 foals . . . her foals are healthy, nicely put together and sweet. She is great for the vet and farrier, trailers easily, has been ridden and is always at the door for hugs and kisses. In the Summer, she has the most amazing mahogany dapples . . . in the Winter, her color is darker. She has a splash of white on her left eye lashes which she often passes on to her foals. The decision to offer Liffey for sale comes after much thought. My only justification for selling her is her size . . . at 15.1 hh, she is bigger than I like . . . and the fact that I need to downsize my herd. Liffey is a lovely mare and is offered for $15,000.
